Job summary

Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading, based in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, is seeking a Social Media Specialist to lead the development and execution of our social media strategy across platforms to boost brand visibility and community engagement.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in English and Indonesian, and hands-on experience with Meta and Google advertising tools, Canva, and analytics platforms. This is a full-time position in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Proficient in managing platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X.
• Experienced in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other digital ads.
• Strong understanding of digital funnels, customer journeys, lead generation, conversion optimization and performance marketing.
• Able to analyze data and develop data-driven strategies.
• Proficient in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, and other tools.
• Strong content creation and copywriting in Indonesian and English.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement social media strategies aligned with objectives and branding.
• Create monthly content plans and calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Produce engaging content including photos, videos, copy, Reels, and promotional materials.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Optimize activities to boost brand awareness, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Collaborate with creators, writers, videographers, and departments for high-quality content.
• Monitor engagement and build a positive digital community.
• Analyze performance with analytics tools and prepare regular reports with recommendations.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational goals.
