Job summary

Solve Education is looking for a Marketing content creator to join our Bandung team. You will handle posting across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, while adapting content to English and Bahasa Indonesia in our brand voice.

You’ll be comfortable on camera, assist with shoots, manage assets, and keep the content calendar up to date. Fresh grads are welcome, with a focus on consistent, on-brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts.
• Fresh graduate or final-year student welcome to apply.
• Strong writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Confident on camera and enjoy creating content.
• Organised and reliable with schedules and deadlines.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut and Meta Business Suite.

Responsibilities

• Publish and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
• Adapt drafts and captions to Solve Education’s tone in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Appear on camera for Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn content.
• Support shoots with scripting, assets, and light editing.
• Monitor comments and DMs in a timely, friendly way.
• Maintain the content calendar and asset library.
• Provide weekly insights on reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Growth & Marketing team to source stories.
