Job summary

Pangkat Dua in Bandung is seeking a talented Content Creator to turn ideas into engaging social content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more. You’ll own content from concept to caption, shooting and editing when needed, and ensuring each piece fits the brand voice.

You’ll need 1–3+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and fluency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva, and design tools. The role is full-time and on-site in Bandung.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Creative, or a related role.
• Strong portfolio of social media content.
• Understand Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, and how content behaves differently across platforms.
• Can shoot and edit your own content.
• Able to use video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Final Cut, or similar.
• Can use Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools for basic visual design.
• Understand basic copywriting, storytelling, hooks, CTAs, and content structure.
• Have good visual taste and attention to detail.
• Curious about why something performs well, not just if it looks good.
• Can work independently and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop content ideas, concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, and storytelling.
• Create short-form video, photo, carousel, Stories, and other social media content.
• Shoot and produce content independently when needed.
• Edit photo and video content with CapCut, Adobe, Canva, Lightroom, or similar.
• Maintain visual consistency and ensure every piece fits the brand.
• Manage day-to-day content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain content calendars.
• Adapt content to each platform's format and audience.
• Stay updated with trends and platform developments.
• Monitor comments and basic metrics like reach, engagement, views, watch time, saves, shares, and follower growth.
• Identify what works and turn insights into better content ideas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to source stories and ideas.
• Translate business objectives into engaging content.
• Be open to feedback and revise.
