Job summary

PT Grandville Food Indonesia is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to manage daily content across our channels, execute on the approved calendar, and craft engaging posts that align with our brand voice.

You will ideate, shoot, edit, and publish short-form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, while tracking basic performance metrics and collaborating with Marketing and Product teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
Proficient with managing Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and other channels.
Understanding of social media trends, formats, and platform nuances.
Able to create social content from ideation to shooting, editing and publishing.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day execution across company social channels.
Publish content according to approved calendar and direction from the Social Media Supervisor.
Create content ideas and produce short-form formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Stories, carousels).
Conduct basic photo/video shooting and editing; organize content assets.
Monitor trends and adapt them to the brand while maintaining guidelines.
Engage with audience, escalate issues per guidelines, and collect feedback.
Monitor reach, engagement, and follower growth; report insights to the team.
