• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator in the community development, non-profit or social enterprise sector.
• Strong proficiency in photography, videography and graphic design to create visually compelling content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft authentic narratives.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms and understanding their audiences and algorithms.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and content creation software.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Creating original, engaging content including photography, videography, posts and graphics.
• Managing daily social media operations: scheduling, engagement monitoring and community replies.
• Collaborating with team and partners to identify stories and development initiatives to feature.
• Analyzing metrics to optimize content strategy and report on KPIs.
• Building an engaged online community aligned with our values and mission.
• Staying current with trends and best practices in content creation.
• Producing monthly content calendars and editorial plans.
• Coordinating online campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
• Hosting live sessions on TikTok as needed.

About the role

We are seeking a creative and energetic Social Media & Content Creator to join PT Greenfield Work and Flow in Ubud, Bali. This is a full‑time position where you will be the driving force behind our online presence, crafting compelling content that resonates with our community and promotes sustainable development initiatives. As a Social Media & Content Creator, you will play a vital role in amplifying our mission, engaging with our audience, and building meaningful connections that support our community development goals. This role is based on‑site in Ubud, Bali, where you’ll work collaboratively with our team to create authentic narratives that inspire positive change.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Creating original, engaging and on‑brand content including photography, videography, written posts and graphics
• Managing daily social media operations including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and responding to community comments and messages
• Collaborating with team members and community partners to identify compelling stories and development initiatives to feature
• Analysing social media metrics and performance data to optimise content strategy and reporting on key performance indicators
• Building and nurturing an engaged online community that aligns with our values and mission
• Staying current with social media trends, platform updates and best practices in content creation
• Producing monthly content calendars and editorial plans that support marketing and community development objectives
• Supporting the coordination of online campaigns and community engagement initiatives
• Be a Host live for Tiktok live session

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator, ideally within the community development, non‑profit or social enterprise sector
• Strong proficiency in creating visually compelling content including photography, video editing and graphic design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft authentic and engaging narratives
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple social media platforms and understanding their unique audiences and algorithms
• Proficiency with social media management tools, analytics platforms and content creation software
• Strong understanding of community development issues, sustainability and social impact messaging
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for community development, sustainability and positive social change
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Media Management or a related field is preferred
• Experience living or working in Bali or Southeast Asia is advantageous
