Job summary

Luna & Rose, a Bali-based jewellery brand, is seeking a creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to own Instagram and TikTok, plan calendars, film and edit short videos, and grow the online community. You’ll work autonomously with full creative freedom, turning ideas into content, writing engaging captions, coordinating shoots and influencers, and using insights to optimize performance.

Luna & Rose is looking for a creative, social-media-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Manager to take ownership of social channels and help grow the online community. This role involves managing Instagram & TikTok, planning social content calendars, creating and editing short-form video content, developing creative ideas, staying on top of trends, writing engaging captions, coordinating shoots and influencers, engaging with the online community, and monitoring performance to improve content. This is a role with lots of creative freedom and ownership, requiring someone who can work autonomously, manage their own workload and turn ideas into action without constant direction.

Key responsibilities

Plan and manage the social content calendar

Create, film and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories and photography

Develop fresh, creative content ideas

Stay on top of trends and find ways to make them relevant to Luna & Rose

Write engaging captions and social copy

Create content around new collections, products, campaigns and the Luna & Rose lifestyle

About you

2+ years' experience in social media/content creation

Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok

Confident filming and editing short-form video

Excellent eye for aesthetics and storytelling

Comfortable with CapCut, Canva and/or Adobe

Understanding of what makes people stop scrolling

Interest in fashion, jewellery, lifestyle and culture

Proactive, resourceful, organised and naturally curious
