Job summary

Solusi Serumpun Senusantara Sdn Bhd is seeking a social media coordinator to manage content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms from Jakarta. You will schedule posts according to a content calendar, adapt formats per platform, and respond to community interactions with a brand-consistent voice.

You will also perform light editing in CapCut and Canva, cut long-form content into short clips, and recap weekly performance metrics like reach and engagement to support growth.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and scheduling social media content across platforms.
• Ability to adapt content formats for each platform.
• Familiarity with CapCut and Canva for light editing.
• Strong written communication in Malay (Bahasa Malaysia).

This role involves managing social media content and community engagement across multiple platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and others. You will be responsible for scheduling and publishing content, engaging with the community, performing light editing tasks, and reporting on performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

Schedule and publish content based on the defined content calendar (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms as needed)

Adapt content format for each platform (caption, hashtag, thumbnail, video ratio)

Ensure posting schedule consistency without reminders

Respond to comments and DMs in a friendly, fast, and brand-aligned way

Escalate technical questions or complaints to the right team

Monitor mentions and social conversations about Yilmu

Perform basic short-video and graphic editing using CapCut and Canva (brand templates and assets are provided)

Cut long-form content into short clips for multiple platforms

Prepare captions in Malaysian language based on provided drafts or guidelines

Recap weekly metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) in a simple format
