Job summary

Packet Systems Indonesia is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to monitor security events, respond to incidents and optimize log management using SIEM. The role requires CEH/CHFI/ECSA/ECIH certificates and 2–4 years of experience, with strong English communication and teamwork.

You will handle incident identification, assessment, reporting and mitigation, and collaborate with the IT security team to improve dashboards and SOC-related reporting and metrics.

Qualifications

• CEH/CHFI/ECSA/ECIH certificates are a must.
• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 2–4 years of Cyber Security Analyst experience.
• Proficient in incident management and response.
• Experience in threat management and SIEM.
• Ability to prepare reports and dashboards.
• Fluent English communication in writing and speaking.
• Team player with willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for security event monitoring, management and response.
• Ensure incident identification, assessment, reporting and mitigation.
• Ensure compliance to SLAs and security standards.
• Integration of standard and non-standard logs in SIEM.
• Creation of reports and dashboards for SOC operations.
