Job summary

PT PCI Elektronik Internasional Batam is urgently seeking a SNR/Production Supervisor to oversee SMT and back-end production. Based in Batam, you will manage high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments for our EMS operations serving global OEMs.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in electronics/PCBA manufacturing, can work under pressure, and ensure quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced factory setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years working experience in electronic/PCBA Manufacturing.
• Able to handle high mix production with low volume.
• Able to work under pressure.
