PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia seeks a seasoned Smallholder (Plasma) Manager to lead and implement company programs across designated areas in Sumatera. You will oversee plantation activities, ensure execution of plans, and coordinate with estates and local authorities.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential. The role requires a minimum bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in smallholder management, with RSPO/ISPO experience and knowledge of EUDR requirements.
Manage and implement smallholder programs (KMD, Plasma, Partners, and Cooperatives) in areas designated by the Company, including overseeing smallholder plantation activities and ensuring accountability for both technical and non-technical aspects.
Supervise and ensure that plantation operations are carried out effectively in accordance with established targets, Company policies, and applicable procedures, including socialisation, data collection, land feasibility surveys, land clearing (LC), immature and mature plantation maintenance, harvesting, transportation, and FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunches) sales.
Develop annual work plans and budgets for smallholder programs and collaborate with the Estates in managing the operational budget for smallholders under the supervision of the Estates.
Conduct socialisation and communication of the Company’s smallholder programs to local government authorities and communities surrounding the plantation areas within the designated operational units.
Prepare and submit progress reports on the implementation of smallholder programs to the Regional Management Office.
Maintain good relationships and coordinate effectively with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, to support the smooth and successful implementation of smallholder programs.
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a recognised university.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Smallholder (Plasma) Manager or in a similar role.
Proven experience in implementing RSPO and ISPO certification programs, with knowledge of EUDR requirements for smallholders.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Good understanding of government regulations related to Plasma partnerships and cooperative governance.
Ability to effectively manage and resolve social issues in the workplace.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
