Job summary

PT Bio Inti Agrindo in Merauke, South Papua, seeks an experienced Estate Manager to coordinate work plans, budgets, and HR across the palm oil estate. You will drive productivity improvements, ensure ISPO/RSPO compliance, and maintain safe, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Forestry, have at least five years of estate management experience, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.

An Estate Manager role coordinating work plans, budget utilization, and human resource allocation across an oil palm plantation. The position involves driving operational harmony, ensuring compliance with certification standards, and supervising productivity improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of work plans and monitor estate budget utilization

Coordinate human resource allocation to achieve targeted efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity at optimal costs

Ensure operational harmony and smooth workflows by driving communication, coordination, and collaboration across divisions and with other departments

Oversee all estate operational activities to ensure alignment with palm oil certification standards (ISPO / RSPO), focusing on Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Manpower, and Environmental aspects

Supervise estate implementation and management in compliance with established technical guidelines and approved budgets

Coordinate the development of productivity improvement programs and action plans

Supervise the implementation of initiatives aimed at boosting estate productivity

About you

Bachelor's degree (S1) required, preferably in Agriculture or Forestry

Minimum 5 years of work experience as an Estate Manager

Strong communication, collaboration, and proactive skills

Proficient in operating computers, specifically Microsoft Office applications

Willing to be stationed at an Oil Palm Plantation in Merauke, South Papua
