Job summary

PT Ozzaskin Cantik Muda Alami is seeking a dedicated Product Data & Administration Staff to manage product data, trackers, samples, and documentation for all SKUs, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to keep development timelines on track.

This role requires meticulous data entry and filing, proficiency in Excel or Sheets, and clear communication. Fresh graduates welcomed; prior product development or regulatory exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Educational background: minimum D3/S1 in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, Biology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years in Product Development, R&D Administration, Regulatory, or similar is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Lookup, Filter, Sort, Conditional Formatting, and Basic Formulas).
• Strong administrative, data entry, filing, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Organized and systematic; able to manage multiple SKUs, samples, and project timelines simultaneously.
• Proactive with high initiative in conducting follow-up independently.
• Good professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize product data, tracker, samples, and documentation for all SKUs
• Follow up with internal teams, suppliers, manufacturers and related parties on project status and deadlines
• Arrange and document product samples, technical specifications, artwork, and regulatory documentation
• Perform accuracy checks on product names, sample codes, specifications, and numerical data
• Execute routine administrative tasks related to Product Development and R&D in a structured and regular manner

Education

D3/S1 in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, Biology, or related field

Excel or Google Sheets proficiency (Lookup, Filter, Sort, Conditional Formatting, Formulas)

Administrative, data entry, filing, and documentation skills

Organized with high attention to detail

Multitasking across SKUs, samples, and timelines

Proactive follow-up with internal teams

Clear written and verbal communication

Basic skincare knowledge (preferred)
