Job Description:
Manage end-to-end financial consolidation across business units, including foreign currency translations, intercompany eliminations, and the preparation of core consolidated statements.
Analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports to deliver strategic insights to management.
Conduct account and intercompany reconciliations to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
Document and audit accounting records to substantiate transactions and maintain accurate financial data.
Establish internal accounting controls, policies, and procedures while guiding clerical staff to resolve daily inquiries.
General Responsibilities
Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field.
Experience working for a Big 4 public accounting firm is strongly preferred. Combination of public accounting and industry experience is preferable.
Good understanding of MS Office and accounting software, in-depth knowledge of accounting and book keeping processes.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills. Ability to work in a team, motivate others and apply interpersonal skills when relating to subordinates, peers and managers, demonstrated ability to multi-task, set priorities and implement action items.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
