Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Indonesia is hiring a Site Supervisor – Project & Development Services (Jakarta) to oversee day-to-day construction activities across projects in Indonesia, ensuring works follow drawings, specs, and schedules while maintaining safety and quality.

This hands-on role collaborates with project managers, contractors, and vendors; requires strong site coordination, attention to detail, and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Experience in construction site supervision, project coordination, fit-out, building construction or related project delivery roles.
• Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, specifications, quality control and site safety.
• Hands-on, proactive and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day site supervision and coordination of ongoing project activities, monitoring construction progress and ensuring works follow drawings, specs, schedules and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, identify issues and coordinate with contractors and project teams for timely resolution.
• Monitor contractors and vendors on-site, assess progress, safety practices, and compliance, escalating significant issues to the Project Manager.
• Support the project team with site meetings, progress tracking, inspections, testing and commissioning, handover and close-out activities.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting, including progress updates, inspection records, and issue trackers.
