Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Site Supervisor – Project & Development Services in Jakarta. You will provide day‑to‑day supervision and coordination of construction activities, ensuring works align with drawings, specs, schedules and safety standards.

You will conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and the project team to resolve issues and maintain high quality and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in construction site supervision and project coordination.
• Understanding of construction methods, drawings, specs, QC and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day site supervision and coordination of ongoing project activities.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks; identify issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Monitor on-site work progress, safety practices, and contractor compliance.
• Support meetings, progress tracking, inspections, testing, commissioning, and close-out activities.
• Maintain site documentation and reporting with accurate records.
