Job summary

K Club Group seeks a responsible Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a resort construction project on-site in Bali. You will ensure activities run safely, on schedule, and to approved design specifications.

You will manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, read drawings, maintain site records, and report to the Project Manager. This is a full-time on-site role requiring strong leadership and English communication.

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a resort construction project. The Site Supervisor will ensure that construction activities run smoothly, safely, and according to the approved design, timeline, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities on site.

Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure the project is executed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.

Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Report daily progress to the Project Manager/Architect.

Identify and resolve site issues efficiently.

Manage site logistics, materials, and equipment.

Ensure proper communication between contractors, consultants, and project owners.

Maintain site documentation, reports, and progress records.

Coordinate with different contractors and subcontractors throughout the project.

Maintain good working relationships with contractors and leverage existing contractor networks where applicable.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects; experience in resort, villa, or hotel projects is preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical documents.

Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Strong network and experience working with various contractors and subcontractors.

Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple workers and subcontractors effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Willing to work on-site full time.

Education and Experience

Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.

Experience working on hospitality, villa, hotel, or resort developments.

Familiar with project scheduling, site coordination, and progress reporting.

Previous experience coordinating with multiple contractors and suppliers is highly preferred.
