Job summary

Kualifikasi:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of on-site construction experience (experience in residential or villa construction is preferred).
• Able to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, equipment, and site procedures.
• Able to plan, coordinate, and manage site activities according to project schedules.
• Experience in cost estimation and preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ) is an advantage.
• Passionate, hardworking, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel (SAP proficiency is an advantage).
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
