The role involves leading mandors and site teams, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards. The candidate will review drawings and specifications, support pre-construction through close-out, and generate daily site reports.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizenship required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across assigned project sites (2–3 nearby sites).
• Manage material orders and ensure timely delivery to support construction progress.
• Lead site teams including mandors, ensuring work aligns with project timelines.
• Monitor and supervise construction activities to meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Support pre-construction, construction and project close-out planning and execution.
• Review project drawings and specifications to understand scope and client expectations.
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance to ensure quality and timeline standards.
• Monitor scheduling and resource needs.
• Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers and all project stakeholders.
• Prepare daily site reports including weather, progress, manpower and safety issues.
• Ensure complete project documentation including close-out reports and site demobilization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across assigned project sites (can handle 2–3 nearby sites)
• Manage material orders and ensure timely delivery to support construction progress
• Lead and manage site teams including mandors, ensuring work is aligned with project timelines
• Monitor and supervise construction activities to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met
• Support pre-construction, construction and project close-out planning and execution
• Review project drawings and specifications to fully understand scope, client expectations and resource requirements
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and timeline standards
• Monitor operational needs and project scheduling requirements
• Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers and all project stakeholders

Requirements
