Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a project controls specialist to be based at the project site in Jayapura, Indonesia. You will develop monthly look-ahead plans, establish baseline schedules, and monitor cost and progress using Primavera P6, MS Project, CPMS and MS Office.

You will produce delay analyses, track costs, manage WBS, and prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients. This role requires strong site-level scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with finance to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience using Primavera P6 and MS Project for schedule development and reporting.
• Site-based project planning and control experience.
• Strong cost control and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly look ahead plans for the project using WBS, schedule, and cost data.
• Establish and maintain baseline schedule for all contractors; update delays and progress.
• Prepare delay analyses and weekly/monthly progress reports for client with remarks.
• Monitor, track and report progress; ensure delays are mitigated.
• Develop cost control tools, manage invoices, and coordinate with finance for P&L visibility.
