Terra Drone Agri is seeking an experienced and professional Site Operations Manager to oversee daily site activities. This pivotal role involves comprehensive project planning, managing profit and loss, budgeting, and leading a dedicated team to ensure operational excellence. The manager will be responsible for maintaining smooth workflows, achieving targets, and strictly adhering to safety and company regulations, ultimately ensuring all on-site operations are organized, efficient, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Service Operations Management

• Plan and manage daily service operations to meet client requirements.
• Ensure service quality standards and SLAs are achieved.
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively.
• Improve operational processes for efficiency and cost control.

Project Management

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Manage client communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.

Team & Performance

• Lead, supervise, and develop operational and project teams.
• Set KPIs and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Passionate about Technology, especially in the Drone industry.
• Demonstrated initiative, strategic thinking, and strong knowledge in project management.
• Ability to build consensus and foster strong relationships among Management, Clients, and Employees.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Flexibility to be placed in various bases across Indonesia, particularly Sumatera and Kalimantan.
