Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or related field.
• At least 3 years of management, operations, and leadership experience.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
• Strategic thinking with strong project management knowledge.
• Willingness to be placed at multiple bases across Indonesia (Sumatera and Kalimantan).

• Plan and manage daily service operations to meet client requirements.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and regulations.
