Job summary

Terra Drone Agri in Bekasi (Indonesia) is seeking a Drone Engineer to support end-to-end drone operations, including research, data analysis, pilot training, and technical troubleshooting.

The role involves collaborating with manufacturers and vendors, performing hardware maintenance, conducting field trials and customer training on site or at headquarters, and generating technical documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in drone engineering or flight data analysis.
• Experience with custom drones, DJI Agriculture drones, and XAG drones.
• Proficient with flight control and log analysis software (QGroundControl, Mission Planner).
• Drone pilot certification from a recognized aviation authority.

Responsibilities

• Analyze flight logs for incident analysis and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with drone manufacturers and support teams.
• Handle warranty claims, RMAs, and incident documentation.
• Assemble, customize, and integrate drone hardware.
• Remote troubleshooting with pilots in the field.
• Perform hardware maintenance and report documentation.
• Conduct trials and demos with customers on site.
• Train customers and pilots on site or at HQ.
• On-site advanced troubleshooting for critical issues.
• Monitor SOP for the engineering team.
• Create work reports and maintenance guides.
