Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Senior Farm Coordinator to oversee day-to-day cross-functional operations at a large-scale livestock site. You will coordinate Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, HRGA, Maintenance, Security, and Admin teams to maintain discipline, efficiency, and timelines.

The role requires hands-on leadership with strong workforce coordination, problem-solving, and adherence to SOPs in a remote site environment. English capability for reporting is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in modern farming operations, agritech, poultry, livestock, or similar large-scale sites.
• Experience coordinating across departments and managing workforce.
• Strong SOP-driven operational mindset and discipline management.
• Basic English for internal reporting and system usage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily farm operations across multiple departments.
• Lead operational coordination between Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, Maintenance, Security, HRGA, and Admin teams.
• Support workforce planning, attendance, onboarding, shift scheduling, and discipline with HR teams.
• Oversee facilities including staff housing, utilities, sanitation, canteen, transport, and general affairs.
• Ensure accurate documentation, inventory reporting, incident records, and department reports.
