Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Senior Farm Coordinator to oversee day-to-day cross-functional operations at a large-scale livestock site. You will coordinate Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, HRGA, Maintenance, Security, and Administration to ensure smooth execution per SOPs.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a remote site environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in farming ops, strong problem-solving, and disciplined execution with excellent communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• ≥3 years in modern farming operations or related large-scale sites.
• Experience in cross-department coordination and workforce management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily farm operations across multiple departments.
• Lead operational coordination between Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, Maintenance, Security, HRGA, and Administration.
• Support workforce planning, attendance monitoring, onboarding, shift scheduling, and discipline with HR teams.
• Oversee facilities including staff housing, utilities, sanitation, canteen, transport, and general affairs infrastructure.
• Ensure documentation, inventory reporting, incident records, and departmental reports are submitted on time.
