Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Senior Farm Coordinator to lead day-to-day cross-functional operations at a large-scale Indonesian farming site. You will coordinate Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, HRGA, Maintenance, Security, and Administration to ensure SOP-aligned execution.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong workforce coordination, and strict discipline to maintain efficiency and clear on-site communication across remote environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in modern farming operations or related large-scale sites.
• Proven cross-department coordination and workforce management.
• Strong SOP adherence and disciplined work style.
• Experience in remote/site-based environments preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for monitoring/reporting.
• Strong leadership with proactive execution mindset.
• Basic English for internal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily farm operations across multiple departments.
• Lead operational coordination between Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, Maintenance, Security, HRGA, and Administration.
• Support workforce planning, attendance, onboarding, shift scheduling, and discipline with HR teams.
• Oversee facilities including staff housing, utilities, sanitation, canteen, transportation, and GA infrastructure.
• Ensure operational docs, inventory reports, incident records, and departmental reports are accurate and timely.
• Monitor inventory movement, stock requests, and internal logistics coordination.
• Enforce site security, biosecurity, and SOP compliance across the farming area.
• Coordinate with external vendors/contractors for operational/infrastructure support.
• Assist with system implementations, digital tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support management in monitoring KPIs, productivity, and site performance.
