Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Senior Farm Coordinator to lead day-to-day cross-functional operations at a large-scale livestock site in Indonesia. You will coordinate Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, HRGA, Maintenance, Security, and Administration teams to ensure efficient execution according to SOPs and priorities, while maintaining discipline and strong on-site presence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, workforce coordination, and proactive problem solving in a remote site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant field.
• 3+ years in modern farming operations, agritech, poultry, livestock, feedmill, plantation or large-scale site operations.
• Proven cross-department coordination, workforce management, vendor coordination, and General Affairs operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily farm operations across multiple departments.
• Lead operational coordination between Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, Maintenance, Security, HRGA, and Administration teams.
• Support workforce planning, attendance monitoring, onboarding, shift scheduling, and employee discipline with HR teams.
• Oversee facilities including staff accommodation, utilities, sanitation, canteen, transport, and GA infrastructure.
• Ensure operational documentation, inventory reporting, incident records, and departmental reports are submitted on time.
• Monitor inventory movement, stock requests, consumables, and internal logistics coordination.
• Enforce site security and biosecurity procedures and SOP standards across the farming area.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for operational support.
• Support system implementation, digital tracking, and continuous improvement programs.
• Assist management in monitoring KPIs, workforce productivity, and site performance.
