Job summary

OttoDigital Group is seeking a Site Manager to lead MEP coordination on project sites. You will ensure execution meets quality, cost, schedule, and safety targets while coordinating vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a D3/S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of Site Manager experience in MEP or data center projects, proficiency in CAD, and knowledge of BIM is a plus, with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is required.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in MEP or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
• Experience with CAD; BIM knowledge is a plus.
• Good command of English.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager, preferably in MEP or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems for buildings and data centers, particularly electrical systems.
• Proficient in CAD Drawing; knowledge of BIM software is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and project targets.
• Strong technical mindset with good attention to detail.
• Experience with project management training and knowledge of relevant installation standards/regulations is an advantage.
