Job summary

PT Karunia Berca Indonesia (KBI) is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead bridge construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery at our Krakatau Industrial Estate Ciegon site in Indonesia.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree, 5+ years in site or construction management, familiarity with contractors, and strong leadership and English communication. Knowledge of bridge construction is preferred and candidates must be able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Site Manager, Construction Manager, or in an equivalent position.
• Experience in bridge construction projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and project execution.
• Experienced in managing contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project targets.
• Good understanding of quality and safety requirements.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
