Job summary

PT Envicon Ekatama in Balikpapan is seeking a Site HRD professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for project sites and oversee HR administration at the Balikpapan site. You will conduct mass recruitment, handle employee data, contracts, transfers, and serve as the HR Generalist for the site, while ensuring adherence to SOPs and company policies.

This role requires a 2–3 year HR background, willingness to be stationed at Balikpapan, and strong communication and coordination skills to support

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and HR Generalist roles.
• Experience in recruitment for project/site needs or Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction, Engineering, or Fabrication industries is preferred.
• Mass recruitment experience is an added value.
• Understanding of HR SOP development and implementation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan and work in site/project areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mass recruitment for project/site manpower needs according to company requirements
• Manage employee administration and data, including attendance, employment contracts, transfers, and other HR administration
• Handle HR Generalist needs in the site area
• Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating HR SOPs and policies
• Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented according to regulations
• Handle employee relations and labour issues in the work area
• Prepare periodic HR reports for management
• Coordinate with HR Manager regarding site HR needs and issues
