Job summary

SEIFERTECH seeks a Project Engineer to lead EPC project execution for utility-scale solar PV and BESS across Indonesia. You will drive delivery from initiation through commissioning, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality compliance.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 5+ years EPC experience, PMP or equivalent, and expertise with Primavera P6 or MS Project, plus fluent Bahasa Indonesia and working English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years EPC project engineering experience, 3+ years in renewables (solar PV or BESS).
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project and related engineering tools.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian electricity regulations and grid procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EPC project execution for solar PV and BESS across Indonesia.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, WBS, and milestones using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Liaise with clients, PLN, and regulators for permits and approvals.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, IEC/IEEE standards, and ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation for technical and schedule risks.

Job description

Project Management Jakarta, Indonesia Full-time 5+ years

Lead EPC project execution for utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage systems (BESS) across Indonesia. As a Project Engineer at SEIFERTECH, you will drive project delivery from initiation through commissioning, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end EPC project execution for solar PV (10MWp+) and BESS projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation


• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project delivery


• Develop and maintain project execution plans, WBS, and milestone schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project


• Liaise with clients, PLN, and regulatory authorities for permits, grid connection, and project approvals


• Monitor project KPIs including进度 (progress), cost variance, and quality metrics; prepare weekly and monthly progress reports


• Manage subcontractor performance, including scope definition, contract administration, and performance evaluation


• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, international standards (IEC, IEEE), and company quality management systems (ISO 9001)


• Lead project risk assessment and mitigation planning, including technical, commercial, and schedule risks

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution


• Minimum 5 years of EPC project engineering experience, with at least 3 years in renewable energy (solar PV or BESS)


• Demonstrated experience managing utility-scale (>10MWp) solar PV projects through full EPC lifecycle


• Professional certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable


• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and engineering tools


• Strong understanding of Indonesian electricity regulations (ESDM, PLN standards) and grid connection procedures


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working English


• Willingness to travel to project sites across Indonesia as required
