Job summary

PT. Anzawara Satria is seeking a Site Doctor to lead medical care at our coal mining operations. You will provide clinical assessments, health surveillance, and manage emergencies in a remote site while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires MBBS/MD with STR, 2+ years on-site experience, ACLS and occupational health certifications. You will work with the HSE department to identify health risks and maintain medical records.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD degree with valid STR license.
• Valid STR medical practice license.
• Minimum 2 years as Site Doctor or similar role.
• ACLS certification for emergency care.
• Certified in Occupational Health (OHS).
• First Aid (P3K) certification.
• Knowledge of SMKP and mining health regs.
• Experience handling emergencies and injuries on-site.
• Experience managing medical records and reports.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to be site-based in coal mining operations.

Job description

Qualifications :
1. Medical Doctor (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with a valid Medical Practice License (STR).
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Doctor, Occupational Health Doctor, or in a similar role.
3. Certified in ACLS, Hyperkes/Occupational Health, and First Aid (P3K).
4. Strong understanding of occupational health regulations and SMKP requirements in the mining industry.
5. Experienced in handling medical emergencies, workplace injuries, and first aid in remote or site-based environments.
6. Able to conduct medical assessments, health surveillance, and occupational health programs.
7. Capable of identifying and assessing occupational health hazards and risks and working closely with the HSE Department.
8. Experienced in managing medical records, health reports, analysis, evaluation, and corrective action follow-up.
9. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
10. Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to site operational requirements and emergency situations.
11. Willing to be site-based in a coal mining operation.
