Turner & Townsend seeks a Contracts Manager to act as the PMC commercial and contract authority on a large Indonesian RKEF nickel smelter expansion. You will protect the Owner’s interests while coordinating with Chinese EPC contractors, suppliers and stakeholders across change control, claims management and risk mitigation.

You’ll lead contract governance, monitor performance, manage variations, and support commissioning and close-out, ensuring commercial success and minimal exposure.

Competenze

• Minimum 15 years of contract management on major capital projects.
• Minimum 8 years in a senior Contracts Manager, Commercial Manager, or Contract Administration Manager role.
• Experience with brownfield projects and international procurement.
• Direct experience working with Chinese EPC contractors and supply chains.
• Experience with FIDIC, EPC Lump Sum Turnkey, EPCM, or hybrid delivery models.
• Indonesian and Southeast Asian project experience highly desirable.

• Lead all PMC contract administration activities at site and oversee governance.
• Manage changes, variations, and claims with contractual entitlements in view.
• Coordinate technical and commercial evaluations for variations and claims.
• Monitor contractor milestones, costs, quality, HSE, and warranties.
• Advise Owner leadership on contractual remedies and risk mitigation.
• Oversee Chinese EPC contractor interfaces and offshore procurement implications.
• Support commissioning, close-out and final accounts through project handover.
