Job summary

Turner in Jakarta seeks a Senior Contract Engineer / Contract Administrator to support the Engineer in administering FIDIC, NEC and related contracts on high-value infrastructure projects. The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience and a degree in engineering or related field.

You will prepare and review contractual communications, manage variations and EOT, assess delays, assist in payment certification, and maintain comprehensive contract records as part of a multidisciplinary project

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years' experience in contract administration, management, or quantity surveying.
• Experience administering FIDIC and/or NEC contracts.
• Strong contract administration, reporting and correspondence skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of contracts under FIDIC/NEC and other forms.
• Prepare, review, and manage contractual correspondence and notices.
• Support variations, compensation events, claims and entitlements.
• Review EOT submissions and provide recommendations to the Engineer.
• Support payment certification, valuation of works and final accounts.
• Maintain contract registers and project documentation.
• Participate in technical and commercial discussions with project teams.
