Job summary

DHC Partners is seeking a Site-Based Civil Engineer to lead the full lifecycle delivery of corridor infrastructure, from early development through on-site construction. You will ensure safety, constructibility, and alignment with cost and schedule targets while coordinating multiple contractors and consultants on the ground.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, field coordination, and practical problem solving in challenging terrain, with a preference for candidates familiar with Indonesian

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in corridor or linear infrastructure projects with earthworks, civil works, surveying, and multi-phase delivery.
• Experience selecting contractors and managing contractors during execution.
• Exposure to tunneling works is a plus for corridor scope.
• Experience in Indonesia and familiarity with local terrain conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of corridor infrastructure, including earthworks, roads, civil works, surveying, and tunneling interfaces.
• Drive execution from development to on-site construction, ensuring safety, constructibility, and adherence to cost and schedule.
