Job summary

PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk is seeking a Civil Engineering Manager in Karawang, Indonesia to lead the development and delivery of civil engineering designs, technical documentation, and standards across infrastructure and building projects.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, review calculations, ensure compliance with building codes and safety protocols, and drive innovation in design processes while coordinating with stakeholders to align execution requirements and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with at least 2 in a managerial role.
• Proven track record delivering commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management administration and documentation.
