Job summary

PT Berjaya Sally Ceria ( Sour Sally ) is seeking a Site Acquisition Supervisor to identify and secure locations for new outlets in Jakarta. You will conduct site surveys, analyze market potential, and negotiate leases with landlords and mall management to support aggressive expansion.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in site acquisition or related fields, preferably within F&B or retail, with strong negotiation and analytical skills and willingness to travel for surveys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Property, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Site Acquisition, Expansion, Leasing, Property, or Business Development.
• Experience in F&B or retail industry is preferred.
• Experienced in sourcing locations and negotiating with landlords or mall management.
• Good understanding of site survey, market analysis, and commercial leasing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for site surveys.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
