Responsibilities

• Mengumpulkan informasi dan data terkait kebutuhan pengadaan, termasuk spesifikasi produk/layanan yang dibutuhkan.
• Membantu persiapan dokumen pengadaan termasuk spesifikasi, kuantitas, dan persyaratan lain.
• Membantu menyiapkan laporan pengadaan, termasuk anggaran dan hasil evaluasi.
• Menjamin penerapan Sistem Manajemen Terintegrasi dan manajemen risiko di area kerja terkait.

Main Responsibilities

• Collect information and data related to procurement needs, including specifications of the products or services required.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement documents including specifications, quantities and other requirements.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports, including the budget and evaluation results.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline, preferably in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of solving problems effectively.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Honest, proactive, and eager to learn.
