Job summary

PT Premium Garansi Indonesia is seeking a field-oriented Partnership Specialist to build and maintain collaborations with used vehicle showrooms. The role involves presenting cooperation opportunities, negotiating terms, and sustaining long-term relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will manage showroom databases, handle inquiries professionally, input vehicle data, and coordinate with the claims team on warranty registrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education level.
• Own personal vehicle for showroom visits.
• Accustomed to working with targets.
• Able to operate Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brief presentations and negotiate business cooperation agreements with showrooms.
• Identify potential used vehicle showrooms for partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain a database of potential showrooms and conduct follow-up activities until cooperation is established.
• Conduct routine visits to partner showrooms to maintain positive relationships.
• Handle showroom inquiries, complaints, and needs quickly and professionally.
• Input vehicle data into the system.
• Coordinate with the claims team regarding vehicle condition when registering warranty applications.
