Job summary

PT Sinarmas Hana Finance is seeking a dynamic marketing and partnerships professional in Jakarta to drive new coops with showrooms, dealers, and refinancing agents. The role focuses on expanding the portfolio of used car and lease back financing products while hitting booking and disbursement targets.

The candidate should have a D3 or equivalent, with proven marketing/sales experience in finance or automotive sectors, strong communication, and a valid driving license for two-wheeler.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 education in any field.
• Experience in marketing/sales, particularly in multifinance, automotive, banking, or financing industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Own personal two-wheeled vehicle and possess a Class A/C driving license.
• Target and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Open new cooperation with showrooms, car dealers, and refinancing agents
• Achieve booking, disbursement, and portfolio targets as set
• Execute marketing activities for used car and lease back financing products
• Maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, showrooms, and business partners
• Provide product information and financing schemes to prospective customers
• Create periodic reports on marketing activities and achievements
