Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking an experienced pattern engineer to design shell patterns and all parts. The role requires familiarity with procedures and a capacity to manage at least 80 articles per season, while coordinating with multiple departments for file delivery.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in pattern engineering, proficiency in English preferred, and hands-on experience with Crispin, Jevero, CorelDRAW, and Adobe.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working experience as a pattern engineer.
• Proficient in English is preferred.
• Proficient in Crispin and Jevero, as well as CorelDRAW and Adobe.
• Understanding of shoe making processes and grading full size.

Responsibilities

• Make design drawings into shell pattern and all parts.
• Be familiar with procedures and handle at least 80 articles per season.
• Check files and contact the units.
• Modify patterns to address issues.
• Provide files to departments such as sample room, BSOM, costing, planning, and production computer stitch.
• Grading full size.
