PT Pratama Abadi Industri in Serpong, South Tangerang, Indonesia, is seeking a senior Pattern Engineer to lead the 2nd Process Pattern Engineering team, driving pattern development, modification, grading, and technical implementation.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in footwear tech or engineering, with 3–5+ years in footwear manufacturing, strong knowledge of pattern making and CAD, and proven leadership and English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Engineering or related fields.
• 3–5+ years of experience in footwear manufacturing, with strong experience in Pattern Engineering/Pattern Making.
• Strong knowledge of footwear construction, pattern development, grading, fitting, and material characteristics.
• Experience with Nike or international footwear brands is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the 2nd Process Pattern Engineering team in pattern development, modification, grading, and technical implementation.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Sample Room, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure patterns meet fit, construction, quality, and manufacturability requirements.
• Review fitting/trial results and drive necessary pattern corrections and improvements.
• Ensure accurate pattern standards, specifications, and documentation.
• Drive improvements in pattern accuracy, material utilization, process efficiency, and quality.

Lead the 2nd Process Pattern Engineering team in pattern development, modification, grading, and technical implementation.

Ensure patterns meet fit, construction, quality, and manufacturability requirements.

Review fitting/trial results and drive necessary pattern corrections and improvements.

Coordinate with Product Development, Sample Room, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.

Drive improvements in pattern accuracy, material utilization, process efficiency, and quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Engineering or related fields.

3–5+ years of experience in footwear manufacturing, with strong experience in Pattern Engineering/Pattern Making.

Strong knowledge of footwear construction, pattern development, grading, fitting, and material characteristics.

Proficient in pattern-making/CAD software and technical documentation.

Experience with Nike or international footwear brands is preferred.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

Good English communication skills.

Willing to be placed at Serpong, South Tangerang.
