Job summary

PT Marcopolo Shipyard is seeking a subcontracting professional to handle activities for New Building or Ship Repair projects. You will manage RFQ, quotation, negotiation, PO/contract, progress claims and invoices, coordinating with subcontractors and internal departments to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of subcontracting experience in a shipyard, with strong English communication and Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Subcontracting within a shipyard.

Responsibilities

• Handle subcontracting activities for New Building or Ship Repair projects.
• Manage RFQ, quotation, negotiation, PO/contract, progress claims, and invoices.
