This role steps up as a leader in the absence of the General Manager or MIT, ensuring adherence to company standards across product prep, delivery, customer relations, and restaurant upkeep.

Responsibilities include assisting with all team duties, guiding staff, and maintaining smooth shift operations while focusing on a top-tier guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with duties of Team Members and assume leadership when General Manager or MIT is absent.
• Help ensure compliance with company standards in operations, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and team management.
• Lead the team to provide customers with fast and accurate service.
