Job summary

Mo-Mo-Paradise, a Shabu-Shabu and Sukiyaki restaurant, seeks a strong kitchen leader to supervise day-to-day outlet operations, maintain high quality, and ensure cleanliness across the kitchen.

You will train and assess staff, manage inventory, streamline processes for prompt service, and uphold sanitation standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a full-service kitchen leadership role and flexibility to cover shifts.

• Willingness to cover shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day activities and assist in the outlets
• Execute COST performance goals to increase profitability
• Train and assess employee’s productivity and performance
• Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service
• Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times
• Setting regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels
