Alila Solo is hiring a Technician Engineer (Daily Worker) to support daily operations by maintaining facilities and equipment for guest comfort. The role covers routine maintenance, simple repairs, and supporting preventive work in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing areas.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience in hotels or building maintenance, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to work under pressure with flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Able to perform troubleshooting, minor repairs, and daily maintenance tasks.

• Able to respond to urgent requests and work efficiently under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
