Job summary

Novotel Jakarta Cikini is seeking a hands-on Engineering Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across hotel facilities, lead a technical team, and ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.

You will implement preventive maintenance, coordinate with other departments, manage records, and respond to urgent repair needs, including weekends and holidays; Indonesian citizenship is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen only.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in midscale hotels.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to handle maintenance reporting systems.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
• Physically fit and willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs.
• Act as the point of contact in the absence of the leaders when required.
