Job summary

vivo Indonesia is seeking a detail‑oriented finance professional to join our After Sales settlement team in Jakarta Pusat. You will validate settlement data, review supporting documents, and ensure accuracy before processing payments.

The role requires Mandarin at least HSK 4, a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/BA/Management, and at least one year of related experience. Fresh graduates with strong admin and data skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Mandarin proficiency at a minimum of HSK 4 level.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in settlement, finance, accounting, administration, after-sales, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they have strong administrative and data-processing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly for data processing, reconciliation, and validation.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and data-checking skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to ensure outstanding data or documentation is completed on time.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Responsible, disciplined, honest, and demonstrates a high level of integrity.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Check and validate after-sales settlement data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review supporting documents before proceeding with the settlement process.
• Reconcile data across systems, after-sales reports, and Finance records.
• Prepare and regularly update settlement reports.
• Follow up on discrepancies, incomplete data, or missing documents.
• Coordinate with the After Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Sales, and other relevant departments.
• Support the overall settlement process to ensure it is accurate, timely, and in accordance with company procedures.
