Job summary

PT RAHARJA LESTARI NUSANTARA is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to align data between our Company and Partner records in Jakarta.

You will analyze settlements from partners and banks, generate daily and monthly reports, and drive resolution of disputes with cross-functional teams. Fresh grads welcome; strong Excel skills required. Prior fintech exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience or fresh graduates welcome.
• Fintech/payments gateway experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables required.
• Strong communication, teamwork and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation between Company's data and Partner data.
• Check settlements from Partner and Bank reconciliation.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports.
• Follow up on transaction disputes and reconciliation issues with relevant teams.
• Analyze data and implement solutions based on reconciliation findings.
• Coordinate with relevant teams on projects involving reconciliation.
