Job summary

Schneider Electric in Indonesia is offering an internship in IB Data Management & Validation, focusing on cleaning, validating, and enriching installed base data. You will verify asset details and support data quality initiatives while learning how data underpins global energy management and automation solutions.

You will help maintain weekly and monthly tracking reports, analyze trends, and prepare insights for stakeholder reviews.

Qualifications

• Active undergraduate student (S1/D4/D3, max. 8th semester) majoring in Science/Engineering/Business or related fields.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Available to intern for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support Installed Base data cleansing, validation and enrichment.
• Verify asset information such as serial numbers, product references, locations and customer data.
• Identify data gaps, duplicates and inconsistencies, then coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Monitor tracking coverage and data completeness across priority asset categories.
• Maintain weekly and monthly IB tracking reports and dashboards.
• Analyze trends, gaps and opportunities from installed base data.
• Prepare presentations and performance summaries for stakeholders.

What will you do:

IB Data Management & Validation

• Support Installed Base (IB) data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities.
