Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our mobile field service team in Jakarta. The role involves servicing, maintaining and commissioning water chillers, AC and HVAC systems across multiple customer sites.

You will fault-find and repair across chillers, DX, split, VRV/VRF, AHU and ventilation plants, while ensuring clear service documentation and practical improvement recommendations. A safety-first approach and professional site conduct are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC or Chiller Service Engineer.
• Strong electrical, controls and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to interpret schematics, piping diagrams and technical data.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and comfortable working independently.
• Level 3 HVAC qualification.
• Experience with York, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, Hitachi or Mitsubishi Electric equipment.
• Experience across chiller, DX, split, VRV/VRF, AHU or ventilation plant environments.

Responsibilities
